Kitchen started the year 2010 healthy with “Vegetarian Diet: Lifestyle for
2010” class last January 14, Thursday from 3 to 7 pm.
The guest
lecturers Dr. Blecenda and David Varona talked about “Why be a Vegetarian,”
“Completion of a Vegetarian Diet,” “Balancing a Vegetarian Menu” and “Planning
the Right Choice of Food.”
The Varonas
who wrote the book “Healing Wonders of Diet & Cooking Smart Cookbook” also
taught easy and delicious recipes like Paco Salad and Green Salad with
Soyannaise, Vegetarian Steak, Mongolian with Sesame Seeds, Fruit Blend Detox,
Red Juice, Unpolished Rice and Malunggay Pancake. To check on the Malunggay
